In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the bos67 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform. bos67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Residency. The bos67 Platform is designed and marketed for use by residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register. By completing registration, you confirm your Indonesian residency and your legal age.

2.3 User Responsibility. bos67 operates as an offshore, internationally licensed platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is lawful in your specific place of residence before registering an account. bos67 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction — even if technically possible — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Account Balance.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of individuals are strictly prohibited from opening or maintaining a bos67 account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons residing in a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of bos67 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by bos67 under a Responsible Gaming request;
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or any entity engaged in arbitrage, bonus abuse, or match-fixing activities.

3.1 Registration Process. To place bets or play games on bos67, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, email address, and a username and password of your choosing. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and to promptly update bos67 if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold no more than one active bos67 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bos67 will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its discretion, forfeit any Account Balance held across those accounts.

3.3 KYC — Identity Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at bos67's reasonable discretion, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP Nasional);
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note displaying your bos67 username and the current date;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals (e.g., a screenshot of the account dashboard clearly showing the account holder's name and account number).

3.4 KYC Timelines. bos67 aims to complete KYC reviews within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfied. Submitting falsified, altered, or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bos67 username and password. bos67 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify bos67 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bos67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos67 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or via third-party payment intermediaries.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment channel and player tier. bos67 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically credited to your bos67 Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. bos67 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Only one pending withdrawal request may be active at any given time. Submitting a new withdrawal request while a prior request is being processed is not permitted.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. bos67 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, measured from the point of bos67's internal approval (which itself is subject to completed KYC and any applicable wagering requirement satisfaction):

• OVO / DANA / GoPay / ShopeePay / LinkAja: Within 5–15 minutes, 24/7;
• BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri (online banking hours): Within 15–60 minutes;
• Other supported banks: Within 1–3 hours during standard banking hours WIB;
• Weekends and Indonesian public holidays: Bank transfers may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet withdrawals remain available at normal speed.

4.6 Withdrawal to Verified Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet that is registered under your own legal name and has been verified as part of the KYC process. bos67 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request to an account in a different name will be declined and subject to further investigation.

4.7 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your bos67 Account, you confirm that the funds are your own legally earned or owned money and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. bos67 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits are unusually large or patterns of activity are inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the bos67 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market or game type, including sportsbook rules, casino game rules, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw rules, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering) rules, and esports betting rules. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not confirmed until bos67's system has acknowledged acceptance and a reference number has been assigned. bos67 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed on incorrect odds caused by system error, manifest pricing errors, or suspected abuse of pricing anomalies.

5.3 Manifest Errors. Where odds, lines, or payouts are published due to a technical error or human input mistake that results in a price materially different from the prevailing market rate, bos67 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's Account. bos67 will exercise this right fairly and will not use it to cancel winning bets placed at correctly priced odds.

5.4 Sportsbook — Match Abandonment. For the bos67 sportsbook, including bandar bola (football betting) markets covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, Champions League, and other competitions: if a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant settlement period is completed, all affected bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market. In most cases, single-event bets will be voided and stakes returned; mix parlay (accumulator) bets will be re-calculated with the abandoned leg treated as a push. 5.5 Responsible Betting. bos67 encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Betting should be treated as entertainment. 6.1 Promotion Eligibility. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bos67 are subject to individual promotion terms that specify, at minimum: the eligible products, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement multiplier, minimum qualifying odds or bet type, expiry date, and any maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. Wagering must be completed within the promotional expiry window. Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on prohibited markets do not count toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. bos67 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in risk-free returns; claiming identical promotions across duplicate accounts; placing low-risk bets exclusively (e.g., covering all outcomes of an event) to satisfy wagering requirements; and using third-party software or scripts to automate bonus play. Where abuse is identified, bos67 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to permanently suspend the offending account(s).

6.4 Promotional Calendar. bos67 offers seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and other occasions. These promotions are time-limited and subject to the terms published at the time of the promotion. bos67 is under no obligation to repeat any promotion or to offer equivalent value in subsequent promotional periods.

6.5 No Cash Value. Bonus Funds have no cash value and may not be transferred to another player, exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process, or carried over beyond the stated expiry date. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically cancelled without compensation.

7.1 Commitment. bos67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity safely. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the bos67 Platform — including but not limited to the bos67 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game titles, odds data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of bos67 or its licensed third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. bos67 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without bos67's prior written consent.

8.3 Prohibited Use. By registering an account, you consent to bos67's processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data Used. Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process — including your name, date of birth, KTP number, phone number, email address, and payment method details — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. bos67 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9.3 Cookies. The bos67 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, optimise Platform performance, and collect aggregated analytics data. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10.1 Platform Availability. bos67 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. bos67 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos67 excludes all liability for: loss of profits; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business or goodwill; indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if bos67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. bos67's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bos67 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 No Warranty. The bos67 Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bos67 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform or any information, games, or services contained therein.

11.1 bos67's Right to Suspend. bos67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if bos67 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal purposes;
• The account holder has provided false registration or KYC information;
• The account is being operated by an underage individual;
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of prohibited software, or any other form of cheating has been identified;
• bos67 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable regulation.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your bos67 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining Account Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering-requirement winnings that have not yet been unlocked will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Clause 8 (Intellectual Property), Clause 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Clause 12 (Governing Law & Disputes) — will remain in full force and effect.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the bos67 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the offshore jurisdiction in which bos67 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that might otherwise apply.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the bos67 Platform, you agree to first contact bos67 support in good faith via Live Chat or at [email protected] and to provide bos67 with a reasonable opportunity — not less than 30 calendar days — to resolve the matter informally before pursuing any formal proceedings.

12.3 Formal Dispute Process. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of initial notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own legal costs, and arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.4 No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class-action, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or to preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

13.1 Right to Amend. bos67 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the bos67 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2 before the effective date.

13.3 Current Version. The version of these Terms published at https://bos67.pro/terms-conditions at any given time is the current and binding version. Prior versions are superseded in their entirety and have no legal effect following the effective date of the replacement version.
